Our protective measures

How we protect you and ourselves

Protecting our patients and employees is our top priority. We would therefore like to draw your attention to the following measures:

The politically prescribed measures of the respective government apply as a general rule.

Masks are required to be worn at all POHLIG locations, as well as complying with the 1.50 m social distancing rule. FFP2 masks must be worn in Berlin and Bavaria from the age of 15. Each patient is asked to use the disinfection stand at reception and to disinfect their hands.

One companion per patient is allowed.

We ask that you postpone your POHLIG appointment and stay at home if symptoms start to occur.

Each patient will be asked to answer the following two questions at reception regarding their current health:

status:1) Do you have one or more of these symptoms: Fever, shortness of breath, loss of smell/taste?

2) Have you had contact with a person with coronavirus within the last 14 days?

We must consistently discontinue treatment for every patient who suffers from coronavirus-typical disease patterns.

Patients who only have a banal infection without significant impairment of their general condition or only mild symptoms (e.g. only sniffles, mild cough, sore throat) or who indicate symptoms typical of their history (e.g. hay fever, pollen allergy) are allowed to make their appointment with us. In this case, it is not necessary to cancel or postpone the appointment.

Each patient will receive an assigned seat in the fitting room.
